PATH-LENGTH  FOR  THE  SERVICES  -----   DRAFT

The Services Path-Length is calculated for the sub-detectors which we can define one tolerance on the length of 10% , for the others the integration layout do not allow to define this tolerance

The Path-Length is calculated for the different expected segments between : 

                           Patch-Panel ----- Patch-Panel         and         Patch-Panel ----- Bottom of the Rack

In the Path-Length are not considerate :

                            the Patch-Cord Cable between the detector and the Patch-Panel

                            the length of the cables inside the Patch-Panel

                            the length of the cables between the Bottom of the Rack and the Crate
